REGISTER NOW FOR THE 2017 PATS CUP

The registration deadline for Pats Cup 2017 is July 1st, 2017.  Acceptance notifications will be emailed on or before July 8th, 2017.  Early acceptance may be granted for teams traveling from outside Cal South, with the decision made within one week after receiving the application provided the application, payment and hotel reservations are received no later than July 1st, 2017.  Registration does not guarantee acceptance into Pats Cup. If your application arrives without payment, your team will not be accepted until payment is received and space is available.  Multiple team discounts are available, please contact our Tournament Director for more info.

Entries submitted on or after July 1st, 2017 will be considered for acceptance provided there is still space in a specific Age Bracket. However, if there is not space, your application will be retained on a wait list for consideration if an accepted team drops out of the tournament.  

All coaching conflicts must be submitted by July 1, 2017.  Enter coaching conflicts on your application or email the tournament director at patscup@pateadores.org

Payment may be made by Credit Card or Cashiers Check. The completed Cashiers Check (with TEAM | AGE GROUP | COACH noted clearly on the check) should be mailed to:

REFUND POLICY

  • A FULL Refund will be made to all teams not accepted.
  • Refunds will be made if the tournament is cancelled due to weather or Acts of God, but approximately one-third of the entry fee will be retained due to costs associated.
  • Teams that request a withdrawl after receiving an acceptance notice will not be issued a refund of any kind.

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT

Payment of the application fee may be made by either Cashier’s Check made payable to PATS CUP or by Credit Card (a convenience fee will be charged for the use of a credit card). Please note: Personal Checks will not be accepted. Our on-line system will accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Credit cards will not be charged until the team has been accepted into the tournament. Cashier’s Checks will be deposited once your team has been accepted. The status on your GotSoccer Account will not be ‘Paid’ until your team has been accepted. Applications will not be considered submitted and complete until either a check has been received in our office or a credit card payment has been authorized on or before July 1st, 2017 and space is still available.
